1 How do I make a reservation ON LINE?

ON LINE reservation (click on “BOOK”)

Once you have selected an apartment, the dates of check-in and check-out, and the number of people staying, click on BOOK.

After filling in your personal information, follow the instructions on the screen and select your reservation payment method (credit card or bank transfer).

Once you have done this you will receive an email confirming your pre-reservation including the details of the reservation.

Then once you have made the payment, you will receive another email confirming the reservation.

2 How do I make a reservation ON REQUEST?

When reserving on request it is you who must contact the owner directly by sending an email through our website.

Once you have selected an apartment, fill in your check-in and check-out dates, the number of people staying, as well as your name and email, then click on “REQUEST” RESERVATION.

The system will send an email to the owner with your reservation request. The owner will then contact you to arrange the rental of the apartment.

3 What does the price include?

The price includes the rent of the property for the selected period of time, according to the owner’s established rates and specific conditions.

It is important to consult these specific conditions which can vary from one owner to another, or depending on the norms and customs of each area.

4 What are the SPECIFIC CONDITIONS?

These are the conditions which each owner establishes for the rental of each property.  They can refer to the form of payment, check-in restrictions (for example: admission of pets), or to anything else which can limit or condition the rental of the property.

In each case the cleaning conditions of the property will be indicated, as well as information on the availability of bedding, sheets, blankets, towels, etc.

These conditions should always be consulted beforehand to avoid problems on arrival.

5 What installations does the apartment have?

To view the installations of each apartment you should go to the PROPERTY FILE of the apartment clicking on DETAILS where you will find the main characteristics of each property.

Apart from this information you will also be able to see detailed information on INSTALLATIONS, a MAP of the location, as well as information on the surrounding area, how to get there, and the APPRAISAL which other previous users of the property have made.

6 Is the price per person or for the apartment as a whole?

Each owner establishes their own system of price rates, and therefore it is important that you always indicate the number of people who will be staying in the apartment to guarantee that there will be enough bedding and towels for everybody.

7 When does a child count as an adult?

This is normally when a child is taking up a regular vacancy or space (bed, bunk-bed, etc.).  However, we recommend that you consult the specific conditions of each property in case an owner has established different conditions, which will be those applied to the booking.

8 What time is check-in and check-out?

In the PROPERTY FILE you will find the times of check-in and check-out, and It will depend on the season.

9 What is the deposit and how do I pay it?

The deposit is the amount the client has to pay to the owner on check-in as a guarantee against possible damages that may occur during the rental of the property.  This will be returned on check-out after an inspection of the property confirms no damages.

The deposit is usually paid in cash, although other forms of payment may be available, and will be indicated in the PROPERTY FILE.
